At Pawsome Paws Boutique, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size isn't right or a style doesn't suit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, then place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
